Food is always a big deal when it comes to weddings! I got Married August 15th 2026 and Plenti Pastas was one of the best choices I could have went with. The owner Shinia is so sweet and shows she really cares about what her customers want! I contacted her in March of 2026 to do a tasting and throughout the whole planning she paid attention to the details! She made adjustments without any issues and showed that she puts her customers first! She even provided a alcart plate for my vegetarian Made of Honor with no hesitation!! Food is food, but when you are cooking with love it shows! That is what Shinia and her team delivered on my wedding day “LOVE” !!! My guest walked away satisfied and complementing how good everything tasted! I am so grateful to have experienced Plenti Pastas Plus More!!!

I am a chef in Las Vegas and I booked the Plenti Pastas food truck for my family reunion. My experience was fantastic! Chef Shinia and her staff were professional, flexible and accommodated all of our families needs, including adding vegan options to our menu. The food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend Plenti Pastas for any catering and food truck service and we will most definitely be using their services again!

Chef Shinia and her crew are amazing. We booked her food truck for our family reunion picnic because a majority of our family were traveling from out of town. We had a small snafu with the park, which was on our part, but because Chef Shinia had all of her paperwork in order, the event and service worked out perfectly. The family LOVED the selections. We cannot recommend Shinia and Plenti Pastas enough! From the very beginning of the planning process all the way through our wedding day, Shinia made everything feel seamless and stress-free. She truly listened to everything we wanted and created the most amazing custom build-your-own pasta buffet that was absolutely perfect for our wedding. Every detail was exactly what we envisioned and more. Not only was the food incredible, but the presentation was stunning. From the beautiful grazing table charcuterie display to the buffet setup itself, everything looked elegant, organized, and so thoughtfully done. Our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was! Shinia and her team worked so hard throughout the entire planning process and during the event itself. They were professional, attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. You can truly tell how much passion and care they put into their work. We are beyond grateful we chose Plenti Pastas for our wedding catering!

Plenti of customer service, plenti of delicious food, plenti of love! To say that Plenti of Pastas and More is the best catering service that I've worked with is an understatement! It's obvious that Chef Shinia has love for cooking and making people happy. She has mastered the blueprint for creating a variety of delectable food, the art culinary presentation and excellent customer service. Throughout the process of my event Chef Shinia communicated often and exceeded my highest expectations. All of my guests enjoyed and I definitely recommend Chef Shinia as a premier caterer and I will be using her services again in the future! Thanks Chef Shinia!
